One FLURRY theme combines two design styles. First, the interface design is quite similar to Mac OS, which is characterized by a light gray color scheme and round colored buttons in the window title. The control panel is narrower, and its buttons are rectangular in shape. Secondly, all system icons are styled for iOS. These are mostly square icons with rounded corners. Also updated here is the START button, which has been reduced in size, but the styling of the icon under the Windows flag has been preserved.

Be sure to make sure the theme is compatible with your version of Windows. The theme 'FLURRY oS 2.0' is suitable for the following editions: 1703, 1607. To find out the version of your assembly, press the keyboard shortcut + R, enter the word ' winver' and click on the 'OK' button.

Thanks for posting this in Apple Support Communities. From your post, I see that your screensaver preferences don't appear to be saving as expected.
To get to the bottom of what's causing this, check out this article on How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac
Using the steps above, you can create a new administrator account on your Mac, and then log in there for testing. Once you log in, you'll want to try changing the screensaver preferences and testing to see if they're retained here. Knowing this will help determine if the issue is specific to your user account, or if it may be system-wide.
Additionally, answering the following questions will provide us with some helpful information to get to the bottom of the issue.
Does the same thing happen if you change to another screen saver, or is it only with Cosmos?
Did this recently begin, or has it been happening for some time?
