Kentucky Route Zero is a magical realist adventure game about a secret highway running through the caves beneath Kentucky, and the mysterious folks. Kentucky Route Zero is a point-and-click adventure game developed by Cardboard Computer and published by Annapurna Interactive. The game was first revealed in 2011 via the crowd-funding platform Kickstarter and is separated into five acts that were released sporadically throughout its development.

Today we are happy to announce that Kentucky Route Zero for macOS is now available here. So all the MacBooks and iMacs owners can play this point-and-click adventure game. It is a game developed by Cardboard Computer and published by Annapurna Interactive. The story follows the narrative of a truck driver called Conway. Curious to find out more?

In Kentucky Route Zero for macOS your character meets a couple of strange people and he is trying to cross the fictitious Rouse Zero in Kentucky. There he must make a final delivery for an antique company. Your character Conway is a truck driver and he works as a delivery man for an antique shop that is owned by a woman, Lysette. Conway is hired to make a delivery to a specific address accompanied by his dog. The game allows you to choose his dog’s name. At some point, Conway gets lost and decides to stop off by a gas station.

You have to try Kentucky Route Zero! The game features text-driven dialogue and it is focusing on storytelling and the atmosphere. In order to control Conway, you have to click on the screen to guide him to another location or interact with other characters and objects, too. You are allowed to choose your character dialogue and sometimes the dialogue of other characters. To travel between different locations, Conway uses his truck. While traveling, there is a map showing the road and you have to guide the truck icon.

The game is now available to download via two different methods. Both are up and working, torrent is faster and direct is the simpler method. So after it is downloaded, simply extract game folder from .dmg file and enjoy it.

Begun in 2018 as 'The Zero Fieldnotes', Ephemera is a zine showcasing artwork and writing by fans of the Cardboard Computer game, Kentucky Route Zero.

Though it has since evolved and taken shape, having changed hands and accommodated various new submissions since its initial conception, the zine has been a labor of love since the start. It includes written pieces, photographs, and illustrations by talented creators from all walks of life. Coursing through the zine, like the veins of the Zero itself, are the impressions and emotions left by a game that, now more than ever, paints an intimate portrait of rural decay, the shackles of debt, and the American experience.
