It can contain the Leywoven Flying Carpet. The reward from the Emissary quest The Nightfallen, periodically available to complete four world quests in three days, is Nightfallen Hoard.

I'm not sure why I get this one instead of Nightfallen Cache.
It can contain the Leywoven Flying Carpet.
The reward from the Emissary quest The Nightfallen, periodically available to complete four world quests in three days, is Nightfallen Hoard.
I'm not sure why I get that one instead of the one of the other items with the same name.
Apparently either chest can contain the Torn Invitation which leads to the Reins of the Llothien Prowler.

This cache is awarded for every 10,000 extra rep you get with The Nightfallen after already being exalted with them. As far as we know, there is no limit to the amount of these you can get.
The other boxes you get from paragon reputation rewards are:
- Valarjar Strongbox
- Warden's Supply Kit
- Highmountain Supplies
- Dreamweaver Cache
- Farondis Chest

Just opened one, got 676g, 88s and 870 order resources...
well, that was disappointing
Edit: those has a small chance to give a mount, not a special one, for example the brown moose from the highmountain chest.

I've compiled some information on the various caches available from Legion factions after Exalted!

Once reaching Exalted with a Legion Faction, you can obtain further reputation for rewards bags that can contain various treasures.
These satchels are awarded for every 10,000 reputation you obtain beyond Exalted.
Various activities will reward different amounts of reputation:
Legion Storyline quests: 25-250 reputation
Argus Storyline quests: 75-350 reputation
Most World Quests: 75 reputation
Dungeon, Rare Elite (Dragon Bordered) and (Broken Isles) Profession World Quests (Broken Isles): 250 reputation
Dungeon Clears: 250 reputation
Certain dungeons grant reputation for each clear - for example Halls of Valor and Maw of Souls grant Valarjar reputation on completion.

Reputation Insignias (from Order Hall Missions): 250-750 reputation
Legion Invasions (Broken Isles): ~300 reputation (plus reputation for 4-6 individual Invasion World Quests)
Withered Army Training World Quest: Up to 500 Nightfallen reputation
Greater Reputation Insignias, obtained from completing The Kirin Tor of Dalaran Emissary Quest: 750-1500 reputation
Demon's Soulstone (Very infrequent drop from Argus rares: 1000 reputation for ALL Legion factions
Emissary Cache Turn-in: 1500 reputation
The amount of reputation granted by the above sources can be increased by any reputation buffs, such as the following (note that some of the following buffs stack):

WHEE! or Darkmoon Top Hat, available during the Darkmoon Faire
WHEE! is available by riding the Darkmoon Carousel
Darkmoon Top Hat is granted by the Darkmoon Top Hat item, which can be purchased for 10 Darkmoon Prize Tickets. It can only be used while the Darkmoon Faire is active.
WHEE! and Darkmoon Top Hat do not stack with each other.

Grim Visage/Unburdened, available during the Hallow's End Holiday Event

This year the event runs from October 18-November 1, 2017

The Spirit of Sharing, available during the Pilgrim's Bounty Holiday Event

The Council's Wisdom, available to Frost Mages with Ebonchill from various NPCs in Dalaran
Reputation earnings are continuous; you will continue to obtain reputation with a faction even if a Paragon cache is available to be picked up and has not yet been collected. You will not be able to see your progress towards the next cache until you turn in the appropriate quest.

The Paragon caches typically contain Order Resources and/or gold, but can also have a small chance to contain Legendary items.
Each Paragon cache is guaranteed to contain 1-2 Curious Coins.
In addition, each cache has a rare chance (<10%) to contain a special item depending on the faction. These are outlined below.

Getting really depressed trying to get all the mounts from these.
I'm at like 40 Nightfallen cache and no luck.
Around 25-30 each of wardens, legionfall, dreamweaver cache and not got the toy/pet/mount from them either.
So it looks like droprate is 3%... c'mon Blizz it should be 5-10 at a minimum.

Does anyone know any macro to show how many of these i have already opened?
Update: Still don't have any macro, but looks like addon Rarity works very well, unfortunately it does'nt count boxes opened before installing.

Dear fellow rep/mount farmers.
In order for blizzard to improve our QOL we must help ourselves.
Please make an in-game suggestion to streamline Legion quests, just like in MOP.
Feel free to copy=paste this
If you are already exalted on 1 character in your battlenet account with a Legion faction, any subsequent gains on any character on your account should be made 100-200% more.

You can also get them now by doing the quest Uniting the Isles from Khadgar in Dalaran to unlock them, then doing 3-4 world quests in the zone / for the faction that the world quest is for. Then you go to quartermaster and Turn it in, you also get extra rep this way!
EDIT: not true. I realized that i thought the emmisaries were the same as paragons. I'm stupid. lol
